As I began to read about E3 and decided to give it a try, one of my biggest concern was about weight training. I read that it can’t work if someone do exhausting weight training during E3. It was hard but I decided to stop the training and get started with E3. I didn’t want to strain my body to much at the beginning as the new sleep schedule already is hard enough. However, I saw that hard physical work and climbing worked quiet good and I think that I will try to restart my training next week (week 3). I am very curious how it influence my schedule and if my body have enough power for this!
