Today I was feeling extremely tired multiple times. It started right after the core and continued across the day. I also felt asleep after my second nap and slept another 15 minutes.
That’s very untypical and I really asked me why that’s the case. After some reflection I came up with two possibilities. The first is simply stress. Because of my food intoxication a few days ago I got a little backlog at work causing a little bit more stress than usual. But I am not sure if that is really enough for causing this tiredness. The second one is related to the first one – because of a bigger workload I also started to work in the morning hours after my core. This light pollution may trouble the body and its melatonin production which can cause tiredness.
However, I will keep on tracking it and look for the real reason!
