Day 23 – Sleepy Morning

Getting up wasn’t a problem but staying awake was. I don’t know what causes my tiredness in the morning hours but it was not possible to stay awake. My first thoughts were to nap earlier which I did but without success. So I again felt asleep after the first nap until I woke up at 5:30 am.
However, after the sunrise I was feeling good again and didn’t were tired the whole day!
