After a refreshing core sleep I felt pretty good. I again drank a small beer before I went to bed at 12:00 pm. Just to make it clear, I do not drink to have a good sleep but because we were out for dinner with a group of people. However, 2 hours later I felt my throat beginning to hurt and I felt bad. As the sleep itself was very good I rate it with a 4. This keeps me a little bit thinking why I was that refreshed. What differs this core from other? The answer is trivial, although I went to bed at usual, it took me a little bit longer to felt asleep. I think because of the shortened 3 hours I wasn’t again in a deeper sleep which makes it easier to get up. I had this assumption already once but wasn’t willing to believe I should sleep even less. But now I think it could really be and so I will try to sleep 10 minutes less then usual which makes it 2:50 hours.
Again, my first nap was shorter. it only took 15 minutes. It was at 7:00 am and it felt good after it. I rated this one with 3 points straight.
After the lunch I had my second nap at the hotel. It was good and I felt refreshed, 3 points. But I also felt that my throat is getting worse. I was still hoping to make it through the afternoon until the dinner.
Unfortunately I didn’t get any better. My throat was really aching and I felt like I will get temperature soon. So I went to the hotel at 6:00 pm and lay to bed. At some point I was dozing away but I totally lost my feeling for time. It can’t have been more than 30 minutes but I can’t come up with an exact time.
