I felt already very tired at 11 pm so I went to bed at 11:45 pm. I felt instantly asleep and was curious how I would feel when I am awake. After the alarm was ringing I felt good but I was struggling if I should stay in bed or not. The reason wasn’t because of tiredness but of my sore throat. This could also be the reason why I was fighting tiredness the last couple of days. However, I stood up at 4:00 am and I rate it with 3 points. I think I will take a recovery sleep tomorrow just to give the body the time he needs to recover from my sore throat.
The first nap was at 7:20 am at home. It was refreshing and I felt recovered afterwards. 3.5 points. I already was thinking about the second nap because I would travel at this time to a conference. I decided to take the second one just on the fly.
The second one was in a car at the backseat at around 2:00 pm. Although the car wasn’t that comfortable it was surprisingly refreshed. I plugged my earphones and tried to find a position to sleep. Because the car was moving it was not possible to find a position without interacting actively to hold it. So I tried to somehow automate this movements and corrections to not fall over. Reminds me a little bit of a autopilot mode and I was somehow deeply dozing. It did the trick very well for the first time so 3 points!
My last one was in the hotel at 7:00 pm. Unfortunately I have to cut down to 15 minutes because of another appointment. However I was feeling refreshed again making it a 3.
