Usually I avoid to train in the morning because I am feeling not as fit as in the evening. But today I start right away at 7 am. I feeling pushed afterwards but also a little bit tired.
Today I was training with my body weight which has increased since the beginning of E3. The reason for this is simple, I always feeling hungry especial for sweets! However, the training was good. In comparison to past logs I see that I didn’t loose power so I am happy that E3 doesn’t seem to have a big influence here.
