I slept form 12:00 pm to 3:15 am. I felt asleep fast because I already was tired after the training. After the alarm I felt that my body still was tired and so I decided to stay a little bit longer in the bed. I kept awake and after half an hour I took a shower. I wasn’t that refreshed like the day before but still good. I rate it with a 4.
My first nap was right after having breakfast at 7:00 am. I didn’t slept well because of the cold. It was better the last couple of days but today I had some issues with it again. Rated it with a 2 because I even didn’t fall asleep.
After listening to some exhausting presentations during the morning I really got tired. The nap in the office wasn’t refreshing either but better then the first. 3 points.
At home I was already really tired again so I napped at 6:30 pm. It was more refreshing then all others today but still just 3.5 points.
I don’t know why the naps today were that bad. There wasn’t a big difference to my daily schedule in comparison to yesterday so I really don’t know whats the reason.
