It happens again! This time it took me a little bit longer to fall asleep. After the alarm was ringing, I didn’t come up and felt asleep again until 4:30 am. I should avoid falling asleep for a second time in any case because it makes me really tired. 3.5 out of 5 points.
However, something changed which makes 3 hours of sleep a little bit too less and because of it I awake at a phase where I just not be able to get up. Maybe that’s because of my cold and my body needs more time to recover. I will try to get the next core with 3.5 hours and see if I am feeling better with it. If this is still not the case I will have a full night to recover!
