Day 13 – core

Yesterday my naps aren’t that refreshing as I thought they would be so I was already pretty tired at 10 pm. However, I didn’t want to go to bed earlier because I was thinking about to postpone my core sleep around 2 hours as I am not a morning person. But this took its toll and I felt asleep somewhere about 11:30 pm and slept about 40 minutes. After awaking I was even more drowsy so I instantly go to bed for my 3 hour core.
Waking up was OK. I felt again drowsy but not as much as yesterday. I would rate it as a 4 out of 5 as my sleep was pretty deep. I hope my naps are more refreshing this day and I will test if a little bit less time would help to feel more refreshed.
