As I posed previously, this night I was aiming a full sleep phase because I was totally exhausted after a whole day of hard physical work. To my surprise I woke up at 4 am and was feeling fresh again. I decided not to stay up and tried to fall asleep again but I couldn’t. So I stood up until 6:20 where I took my first nap. I was feeling refreshed yet my body doesn’t. I felt my muscles but to my surprise, I didn’t have muscle sorrow.
The following two naps where on schedule and nothing unusual happened. I felt good and not tired. So I went to bed at 12 pm to keep up with my schedule.
