My core sleep was deep until my alarm reminded me to stay up again. This time, I didn’t go for a night walk because I wanted to do some private side projects. But this was a bad idea! I barely could stay awake during the first hour. If I would have used this time to go for a walk I would have been awake just as the times before.
Because of my tiredness I decided to take the first nap 1 hour before the actual schedule suggests it. I was falling almost instantly asleep. One minute before the alarm was ringing I woke up and felt refreshed again!
