I took the second and the third one at the office. Because of an appointment I had to reschedule the third nap as well as the first (one hour earlier). Both naps were not very successful. It took too long to fall asleep and therefore the refreshing effect wasn’t that good. I think its because I am not used to sleep on the carpet. Hopefully I can adopt to that anyhow soon.
One side effect I observed today more than on any other previous days was that my body seems to have troubles to regulate its temperature. Sometimes I am freezing, especially in the morning hours and sometimes I feel like having fever, which I haven’t. It seems that the temperature regulation of my body have troubles with the new sleep schedule and need more time to adopt to it.
