During the afternoon hours my tiredness goes up and down. As my girlfriend and I decided to visit friends of us I had to prepone the third nap. I slept one hour earlier than scheduled, from 18:20 to 18:40. Actually, I didn’t want that to happen in the first few days until my body has adjusted to the new schedule, but I didn’t want to let my friends wait for me. Unfortunately, my tiredness wasn’t that high right on this time as it was before and I needed a little bit longer to fall asleep. It took me about 10 minutes, which is still good compared to my old habits, but wasn’t enough to feel that much refreshed again.
