I was tired as I walked to my bed for the very first nap. Some people listen to music to prepare themselves for a nap. I decided to give it a shot and used white noise to relax myself. Unfortunately, it didn’t work that well. I was not falling asleep but rather dozing the whole 20 minutes. However, I felt a little bit refreshed and I hope this will remain til my next nap! I will stick to the white noise hoping that I will get used to it and begin to sleep every time I listen to it.
