As a security engineer I am addicted to coffee! I love to drink a self grated coffee to start my day and to take at least one more during the forenoon. After the lunch, the very first thing I do is to grep my cup and get some more fresh coffee and for a certain it will not be the last one.
So it can’t get any worse to me when I change my sleeping behavior to the Everyman schedule as caffeine is one of the most influencing substance when it comes to sleep. To avoid any problems getting my valuable sleep (as it’s only about 4 hours), I get rid of coffee as well as any other drink which contains caffeine.
Looking at the empty cup of coffee after my breakfast fulfills me with sorrow as I know it was my last one for a while. Goodbye my old friend!
